Because all my products are digital, I follow a no-refund policy once the product has been successfully delivered or accessed.
1. Non-Refundable Products
All sales for the following are final:
- Canva Pro accounts
- Monetized channels
- Reels bundles, graphic or video editing bundles
- PLR items, eBooks, ChatGPT prompts, and similar digital content
2. Exceptions
I may issue a refund only if:
- The product isn’t delivered within 24 hours of payment
- The access link or credentials don’t work and I’m unable to fix the issue

3. Manual Orders via WhatsApp
If you didn’t or don’t want to use the payment gateway, you can also place and pay manually through WhatsApp.

I personally guide you, share product proofs, and provide full assurance before confirming your order.
4. Cancellations
Once a digital product has been delivered or shared, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
Return Policy
Digital products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, as they are intangible and cannot be undone. However, if you experience any trouble accessing or downloading your product, I will provide help to resolve the issue.
